Proposed Itinerary

DAY 1

  • Depart Kathmandu in the morning sharp 7:00 am

  • Enroute Lunch

  • Stop by the Sunkoshi river for a photo opp

  • Arrive at the camp in the evening (Quiet Dinner)

DAY 2

  • Depart Solukhumbu camp after breakfast for a hike day

  • Hike from the camp to Changesthan Temple

  • Hike from thelane to tower hil

  • Hike to Gauritap

  • Hike to Patalle village -Transfer by bus to the camp

  • Lunch

  • Playing activities at a local school

  • Visit Thade village

  • Local Cultural activities followed by dinner at the camp

DAY 3

  • Depart Solukhumbu camp after breakfast for Junbesi

  • Stop by for a photo opp along the scenic village

  • Thupten Chholing Monastery

  • Mopung Valley and Junbesi village - Local Sherpa traditions

  • Junbesi Read Library

  • Lunch at Junbesi

  • Arrive at the camp - Barbeque dinner

DAY 4

  • Depart Solukhumbu camp after breakfast for local sightseeing

  • Drive to Ketuke for zipline experience/feel the ultimate rush of adrenaline

  • En route lunch

  • Okhaldhunga - Visit the Okhal - the grinding stone (town named after the stone), Creators park - Statue of Poet Siddhicharan Shrestha, Melwa Devi (Nepal’s first female singer), Byakul Malla (National anthem writer) and Pandav Sunwar (ace folk singer), Stupa

  • Campfire with barbeque, music & dance - dinner

DAY 5

  • Depart Solukhumbu camp after breakfast for Kathmandu

  • Lunch along the way around Khurkot/Mulkot

  • Arrive in Kathmandu in the evening
